I have never had a bad time in Florida on spring break or holiday it's an amazing time!
www.4rentinmiamibeach.com has lot's of summer rentals and homes sales.
If your not interested in owning or renting then,I recommend one of the swanky hotels on the beach.
The NewTimes paper has alot of info on everything but,ask around because,in Miami things change daily.
